8 Jun 2024 - 12:17

The Friday prayer leader of Tehran has hailed the al-Aqsa Flood as a timely operation that inflicted irreparable damage to the Israeli regime and its western supporters.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Kazem Seddiqi, in his Friday sermon, said,” Israeli regime intended to normalize relations with the Arab and Islamic countries, a plan that would guarantee the arrogant powers and continue its exploitation, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He said that the al-Aqsa Flood wiped out the plans for normalization and inflicted a blow to the western liberal democracy and its illegal child, which is the Israeli regime.

The interim Friday prayer leader of Tehran also referred to the retaliatory attack by Iran against the Israeli positions in response to the regime’s attack on the Islamic Republic’s consulate building in Damascus and said,” The Operation True Promise shifted the defensive deterrence to offensive deterrence.”

Hujjat-ul-Islam Seddiqi also hailed the late founder of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini (RA), for confronting Zionism and turning the issue of Palestine to a global concern.
