On 248th day of Israeli genocidal war:

Several civilians killed, injured as Israeli forces maintain strikes on Gaza Strip

A number of Palestinian civilians have lost their lives and several others wounded as Israeli regime pushes ahead with its genocidal war on Gaza on day 248 of the deadly war.


Medical sources said that a number of citizens were killed, and others were left with various injuries, as a result of the Israeli artillery shelling on the areas of Oraiba, Khirbet Al-Adas, and Al-Hashash, north of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

In east of the Gaza City, two citizens were killed, and others sustained various injuries, as a result of the occupation aircraft bombing a house in Shujaiya neighborhood.

The occupation warplanes launched air strikes on the city of Deir al-Balah in the middle of the Gaza Strip, and Abu al-Ajen area, coinciding with artillery shelling east of the city.

Israeli navy also fired dozens of shells towards the shore of Gaza City, while the occupation artillery opened fire towards citizens' homes in Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of the city, and Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of the city.

The attacks come a day after the massacre of more than 270 Palestinians in Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, nearly half of them children and women.

The Government Media Office in Gaza nearly 700 wounded people have also been evacuated to hospitals following the attack on an-Nuseirat camp.

Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to bomb homes in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, amid intensive attacks in northern and central Gaza as well as in Rafah.

The number of Palestinians killed as a result of Israeli genocidal war on the besieged Gaza Strip since October 7 has exceeded 37,000 while more than 84,500 others were wounded.
