Vice-President of the Higher Lebanese Islamic Shiite Council, Sheikh Abdul Amir Kabalan telephoned to the Maronite Patriarch Beshara Al-Ra'i, and praised his pastoral tour in the Bekaa.

Beirut - Taqrib News Agency (TNA) - Kabalan also thanked his national unifying stands, which contribute to the strengthening of Lebanese co-existence.

Kabalan also called the Lebanese government to embody the slogan of "All to work" by an initiative process in the service of citizens, because it is the state responsibility to provide good living conditions, security and social development.

The Shiite council leader said "What is required from the government, is to accurately and objectively, consider the people's conditions, and to address issues in order to serve the people.

Kabalan called the politicians to stay away from arrogance and to work for the benefit of citizens, adding that the state must apply justice to the workers of Lebanon because they support their country and promote the country to thrive.
