Sayyed Ali Fadlallah stressed that the issue of Palestine will remain our first case, its voice and movement will be in every place and time, because if Palestine will fall down, all our issues will fall. And called his Eminence to complete the process of Palestinian reconciliation.

During a meeting with a delegation from the "Islamic Jihad" of Palestine, under the chairmanship of foreign relations official in the Movement, Dr. Khalid Batesh, Sayyed Fadlallah praised the jihad of the Palestinian resistance factions, particularly the standss of the "Islamic Jihad" movement in the face of the Zionist occupation, stressing the need to keep this spirit, the revolutionary vanguard, which carry sincerity and purity, what made the glory of the nation in Palestine and Lebanon.

His Eminence called all the concerned in Lebanon, especially the Lebanese state to work in order to give the Palestinians in Lebanon's their civil rights, because this would enhance their steadfastness in the face of external projects that aim to weaken them and drop their case and the right of return.

Sayyed Fadlallah Addressed the issue of Islamic unity, and contended that the issue of unity is the balance, expressing his optimism about the future of Arab revolutions that will reveal positive changes in the interest of unity and issues of the nation, especially the Palestinian cause.

For his Part, Dr. Khalid Batesh praised Sayyed Ali Fadlallah's stands about Palestine and Islamic unity, pointing out that "Any Palestinian political step will not be acceptable if it is at the expense of the rights of the Palestinian people in its land and the return of all refugees."
