Nasser Kanaani, the spokesman for Iran's Foreign Ministry, criticized the latest Israeli Knesset resolution rejecting Palestinian statehood, calling it a clear indication of the "racist nature" of the Israeli regime.

He emphasized that the apartheid Israeli regime poses a threat not only to the Palestinian nation but also to global peace and international security. Kanaani pointed out that the inaction of governments and international organizations, including the United Nations, in upholding the rights of the Palestinian people and enforcing international law has left them with the right to resist and fight against their occupiers until their rights are fully realized.
