Dozens of civilians today were killed and others injured as the occupation warplanes bombed various areas of the Gaza Strip on the 288th day of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip.
Local sources reported that the bodies of more than a dozen people were retrieved following Israeli bombings of several neighborhoods in the central Gaza including two houses in Nuseirat refugee camp.
Several people have also been wounded most of them women and children.
Moving to the south, the occupation tanks bombed residential neighborhoods west of the city of Rafah, coinciding with occupation artillery shelling of the eastern areas of the city of Khan Yunis.
Ambulance crews transferred the body of a civilian to Nasser hospital after being targeted by an occupation drone while he was riding a bicycle on Street 5, north of the city of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since early October 2023 has so far resulted in the killing of over 38,848 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children.
The Israeli onslaught has also left more than 89,459 injured, according to preliminary figures, with thousands still trapped under rubble.
Six civilians, including a journalist and his family, were killed today in an Israeli airstrike on the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip and north of Gaza City.
