The Israeli regime has issued a new order for the Palestinians to evacuate large areas to the eastern parts of Khan Younis which have previously been announced as safe zone.
Although the occupation army previously claimed that the area is among the humanitarian and safe areas, it has issued a new statement to claim that staying in that area has become dangerous.
The neighborhood is already destroyed and had been subjected to intense bombing so far though Palestinian citizens returned to it because there is no other option and nowhere to turn.
Palestinian media said that at least a dozen Palestinians have been killed and dozens more injured because intensive bombing operation began from the air and land, immediately after the army’s decision was issued.
About a week ago, the occupation army committed a massacre in Al-Mawasi area, which it claimed was safe, resulting in the killing of 90 civilians and the injury of 300, in a series of raids that targeted tents and places where the Palestinians were displaced.
On May 6, the occupation troops forced citizens to evacuate several areas in Rafah under the pretext that they are dangerous combat zones.
Last April, the occupation army forced citizens to evacuate the eastern areas of the city of Rafah and relocate in Khan Yunis and Al-Mawasi, despite the extensive destruction there.
More than 1.7 Palestinians were internally displaced as a result of unabating Israeli onslaughts against the besieged Gaza Strip since October 7 many of whom displaced more than once.
