The UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) reported Thursday that detected malnutrition cases among children in northern Gaza increased by more than 300% in July compared with May.

The agency urged countries worldwide to increase aid to the Israeli-blockaded enclave and called for an immediate ceasefire to alleviate the dire humanitarian situation.
