At least 34 people were killed and 114 others were injured in Israeli attacks that took place in the last 24 hours targeting different areas across Gaza, Palestinian sources have reported.
Nine Palestinians were killed and others injured as the Israeli aircraft bombed the Mustafa Hafez School, which shelters displaced people west of Gaza City.
This is the second deadly attack against schools sheltering displaced Palestinians in less than two weeks. Earlier in July at least 100 civilians were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting al-Tabeen School in Gaza City to the central part of the besieged Gaza Strip.
Palestinian media reported that six civilians were killed and others were injured as a result of the Israeli bombing of a house in Al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Also, to the center of the besieged strip in Gaza City, the Israeli artillery fired shells and fire towards the neighborhoods of Tal Al-Hawa, Al-Sabra and Al-Zeitoun, while the Israeli warplanes launched a raid on Asqoula area.
Meanwhile on the ground, the occupation army artillery fired shells at the northwestern areas of Nuseirat camp and the east of Deir al-Balah city in the central Gaza Strip.
To the southern parts of the Gaza Strip, in the city of Rafah, four other civilians were killed as a result of the occupation's bombing of a civilian car in the vicinity of Al-Hashashin Street north of the city.
The occupation forces also blew up residential buildings west of the city, while the Israeli artillery fired its shells and fire towards the center and west of Rafah.
In the city of Khan Yunis, five people were injured after they were shot by bullets fired by Israeli tanks that attacked the outskirts of Mawasi area of the town of Al-Qarara, northwest of the city.
The Palestinian death toll from Israel's deadly aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7th, 2023, has now surged to 40,173, medical sources confirmed on Tuesday. Sources added that at least 92,857others have also been injured in the onslaught.
The sources said that many victims are still trapped under rubble and on the roads as the emergency services are still unable to reach them as Israeli occupation forces continue to obstruct the movement of ambulance and civil defense crews.
