Taghribnews (TNA) - ISIS Attack Leaves 15 Dead, Several Injured in Afghanistan

ISIS, in a statement, claimed responsibility for a deadly attack on residents of Daikundi province in Ghor province in central Afghanistan.

Earlier, local sources told Amu that 14 people had been killed and four others wounded in the assault by unidentified gunmen in the Khami area of Ghor on Thursday afternoon.

ISIS stated that the attack took place in the village of Qariodal, located between Daikundi and Ghor in central Afghanistan.
Since the Taliban's rise to power in 2021, the number of attacks in Afghanistan has decreased significantly, but several armed groups, including ISIS Khorasan, remain a threat.
