16 Sep 2024 - 20:09

What Muslims truly need at present is enhanced unity, says Hujjat-ul-Islam Abdul Qadir Alemi, university professor from Afghanistan.

Muslims should benefit common religion, Quran, Qibla, and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), said Alemi at the seventh webinar of the 38th edition of the International Islamic Unity Conference.

The similar aspects can help boost further solidarity and unity among them, he said.

Islam has warned against creating rifts and called for enhancing brotherhood among Islamic nations, he noted.

Commenting on the salient features of being a Muslim, he said Muslims should be compassionate toward each other.

They must converge to confront the sworn enemies of Islam, he further noted.

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has been famous for being kind-hearted, he underlined.

All Muslims should emulate the Prophet to be kind and helpful toward other Muslims, he underscored.
