“World in need of new forums to settle Palestine issue”

18 Sep 2024 - 16:22

A Pakistani researcher has criticized the United Nations and other international bodies for failing to resolve the issue of Palestine stressing that the world is in need of new forums of intellectuals to end the ongoing war and occupation of the Palestinian lands.

Mohammad Abdullah Hamid Gol, chairman of Tahrir Javanan Pakistan condemned the Israeli regime for committing any possible crime, including assassination of the resistance leaders, in order to seize the Palestinian lands and oppressing the nation, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He highlighted the importance of Islamic unity and said,” We have to think that United we rise and divided we fall.”

He warned that lack of unity could inflict serious harms on the Islamic nation as Britain follows the policy of “divide and rule” in order to keep Muslims dispersed and oppress the people of Palestine.

The Pakistani elite also slammed the Israeli regime for trespassing all red lines in Gaza warning that if Muslims are not united, then they will all fall victim to the world oppressors.

Muhammad Abdullah Hamid Gol made the comments at the webinar of the 38th Islamic Unity Conference on the topic "Islamic cooperation to achieve common values with an emphasis on the Palestinian issue".

The second section of the conference will be held by hundreds of religious leaders and political figures in attendance in the Iranian capital Tehran on September 19-21.
