Taghribnews (TNA) - Hezbollah Dismisses Israeli Claim of Senior Commander’s Assassination

Lebanon's Hezbollah has firmly denied Israeli reports claiming the assassination of one of its top commanders, Ali Karki, in a recent Israeli airstrike on Beirut. In a statement, the group assured that Karki is alive, well, and has been relocated to a safe location, countering allegations circulated by Israeli media.

Lebanon’s Al-Mayadeen news channel also confirmed that Israel targeted a house in Beirut’s Al-Madi neighborhood with missiles. Despite Israel’s claims of targeting Hezbollah leadership, the resistance group swiftly refuted these reports.

Earlier on Monday, Israeli warplanes conducted extensive airstrikes against towns and villages across Lebanon. The raids have so far claimed the lives of at least 492 people, including 35 children and 58 women, and wounded 1,645 others.
Hezbollah, in response, has not remained passive. The group launched retaliatory operations against Israeli positions and settlements in northern occupied Palestine. These strikes have triggered panic across the occupied territories, leading to the closure of schools in Haifa and urging settlers to seek shelter as the conflict intensifies.
