The Iranian Minister of Foreign Abbass Araghchi, in a meeting with the Prime Minister of Lebanon, emphasized the determination of the Islamic Republic of Iran to support the government and the nation and Lebanon's resistance against the aggression and warmongering of the regime of Israel.
In this meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed the condolences of the government and nation of Iran on the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the late Secretary-General of Hezbollah and other innocent citizens of Lebanon as a result of the terrorist and aggressive attacks of the Zionist regime, and stressed on the determination of the Islamic Republic of Iran to support the government and the nation and the resistance of Lebanon against the aggression and warmongering of the regime of Israel.
Referring to the volume and severity of the barbaric crimes committed by the Zionist regime, which are clear examples of serious international crimes, Araghchi stressed the need for an all-out effort by Islamic and Arab countries to explain the dimensions of the illegal and criminal actions of the Israeli regime and to mobilize international organizations and institutions for collective action for the cessation of Israeli aggression.
In this meeting, the Prime Minister of Lebanon described the latest situation in Lebanon and described Israel's aggression as a real example of war crimes, and expressed regret for the inaction of the UN Security Council against the dangerous adventures of the Zionist enemy, and appreciated the support of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Lebanese government and people in this difficult situation.
