The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has condemned the recent Israeli massacre of Palestinians in Beit Lahia to the north of the besieged Gaza Strip.

The Israeli regime forces in this massacre killed more than 70 civilians and injured dozens of others as part of the regime’s incessant genocidal war on Gaza.
 
The OIC denounced the Beit Lahia massacre as an “extension of thousands of massacres, crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing to which the Palestinian people are subjected in flagrant violation of all international values, agreements, UN resolutions and relevant orders of the International Court of Justice.”
 
The international Islamic body warned that the continuation and escalation of war crimes, destruction, starvation, forced displacement, targeting of displaced persons and preventing the delivery of humanitarian aid are a stain on the brow of humanity.
 
It further called on the international community to hold the Israeli occupation accountable for all war crimes it commits and to end the policy of impunity.
 
OIC also renewed its call on the UN Security Council to assume its responsibilities and impose an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire, provide international protection for the Palestinian people, and ensure the urgent delivery of humanitarian aid to all parts of the Gaza Strip.
