Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi and Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa have discussed the regional issues with the two countries urging for end to Israeli crimes in the besieged Gaza Strip and Lebanon.
Israel has massacred over 42,600 people in the Gaza Strip and nearly 2,500 in Lebanon since October 2023.
Heading a delegation, Araghchi arrived in the Bahraini capital, Manama on Monday on a two-leg trip that will also take him to Kuwait.
The top Iranian diplomat placed a premium on the need for the regional countries to seriously work for an end to the Israeli barbarism, which includes the one-year-old campaign of genocide in Gaza and the aggression against Lebanon.
Khalifa said Bahrain wants all the people in the region to live with dignity. He expressed hope that he would pay a visit to Tehran.
