Several Palestinian civilians have lost their lives and scores more were injured as the Israeli regime pushes ahead with its genocidal war against the besieged strip.

Five civilians were killed and others were injured on Saturday in the bombing of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, by the occupation's warplanes.

Medical sources reported that three young men were killed and others were injured when an occupation drone bombed a group of citizens in east of the city of Rafah while two others were killed in an airstrike on the north of the city.

The medical situation at Al-Aqsa Hospital in central Gaza’s Deir el-Balah and other hospitals across the Gaza Strip remains critically dire following a year of deadly war.

Many Palestinians are injured following a strike on a residential building in Gaza City’s Shujayea neighborhood.

Gaza health authorities confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 7, 2023 has risen to 43,799 registered fatalities, with an additional 103,601 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.
