Head of Loyalty to Resistance Lebanese parliamentary bloc MP Mohammed Raad said Hezbollah has no interest in destabilizing the situation in Lebanon because the party will be the first to be affected if this happens.
"We will be the first to be affected if stability in the country is endangered. But it seems that some groups and under the false illusion that making accusations and stirring commotion will force us to make concessions," the MP said during a memorial ceremony in the south.
He added that the resistance does not need the help of those who want to wage illusionary battles and make rampant accusations.
"The resistance has an interest in preserving stability especially in the advanced confrontation fronts."
The MP called for a rational dialogue among all the Lebanese to cement stability amid difficult economic and social problems in the country.
Raad underlined the need to secure the needs of the poor and middle classes in Lebanon.
"At the end of the day, the government is responsible for overseeing the welfare of the Lebanese and we will support any legitimate demand to guarantee this task under the ceiling of preserving stability in the country."
