UNSG urged to implement law on "Israel"
The Meeting stressed in a statement issued today after its weekly meeting chaired by Sheikh Abdul Nasser Jabri, "that the bombing of Damascus and the bombings in Kafar Souseh and other Syrian cities, aimed to highlight internationally on Syria and obstructing the work of the Arab observers in order to convert the Syrian crisis to the Security Council."

In turn, the "Islamic Action Front" asked in a statement  about "the significance of the Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon visit to Lebanon," this weekend, emphasizing the need to "be on the side of truth and justice and not to be biased to the Zionist."

The statement called Moon to to implement international resolutions on Israel, especially resolution 242 and resolution 194, that assure the right of return of Palestinian refugees to their country and their land and their homes without conditions."

In a related context, leader of the Lebanese Democratic Party MP Talal Arslan said that the campaign led by the Zionist media against Syria aims at bringing Syria out of resistance against Israel.

In a statement, Arslan stressed that the media campaign is a new world war waged by untraditional means to achieve the interests of Israel and the colonialism powers.

He warned that the Arab League (AL) is reacting to Syria's events as the UN Security Council did over Lebanon, adding that the AL is suggesting initiatives that aim at providing excuses for foreign direct intervention as in Iraq or indirect intervention as in Libya.

He hailed the stances of the Syrians in the occupied Syrian Golan, embodied by facing the "Israeli" occupation, referring to their adherence to the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad.
