Iran is clinched to shed light on Imam Musa al-Sadr case
Beirut - Taqrib News Agency (TNA) - Iran attaches high importance to the fate of Imam Musa al-Sadr, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said at a meeting with Lebanese parliament speaker Nabih Berri in Tehran.
The Iranian president also pointed to the communications conducted by the recent Iranian Foreign Ministry with the head of the Libyan National Transitional Council (NTC) Mustafa Abdul Jalil.
"Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Adnan Mansour plans to travel to Libya to clarify the issue of Imam Musa al-Sadr and his two companions," according to Al-nnahar daily.
During the meeting, President Ahmadinejad assured the continuing interest of Iran to support Lebanon.
"You have formed a resistance that calls for hope due of its significant victories and achievements."
