Egypt crisis, result of Morsi reliance on west

Hussein Tala, Deputy Chairman of Social Committee in Iran’s Parliament, in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) explained his views over the reasons for the current situation in Egypt and said,” Morsi’s trust in western countries, particularly the US, led to his losing the greatest asset, popular trust in him as the president elect, which in practice led to what we are witnessing today.”

Representative of Tehran in Iran’s Parliament noted,” Part of the present events in Egypt is because of the unfulfilled demands of the people and another part is due to the benefits of the turmoil for some governments like the Zionist regime of Israel which is worsened by lack of a determined ruling system in the country.”

He expressed hope that the Egyptian nation regains its original identity and their demands are fulfilled.
