Iranian top cleric met with top Iraqi officials stressing expansion of Islamic culture in an attempt to institutionalizing a precise human culture in the world.

Grand Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, leading a high ranking delegation, met with Faryad Raundozi, Iraq Minister of Culture stressing necessity of expanding cultural and religious relations, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He proposed formation of a joint committee comprising Iraq's Ministry of Culture and Iran's Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and also the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, in an attempt to bringing the culture in Islamic countries closer together and also creating and boosting an ambiance of coexistence.
 
Manouchehr Mottaki, international deputy of the world forum, in this meeting, proposed formation of 8 joint meetings for future and said," The objective behind formation of these meetings is to create unity in the Islamic communities because an Islamic civilization realizes only when true solidarity is created in the Islamic communities."
 
According to the Iran's Manouchehr Mottaki, 4 meetings are due to be held in Tehran while 4 others will be held in other countries.
 
Confrontation with threat of Takfiri (excommunication) groups is among the necessities has been set high on the agenda of the meetings by Ayatollah Araki.
