'Proximity issue should be high on agenda': Ayatollah Araki

Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought held the issue of proximity and boosting unity among Muslims as the main concern of the Islamic World.



Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought Ayatollah Mohsen Araki held the issue of proximity and promoting unity among Muslims as the main concern of the Islamic World which should be placed high on agenda, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Speaking in a meeting with Chairman of the Iranian Parliament's Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy Alaeddin Boroujerdi, the grand Ayatollah underscored the strategy proposal offered by the World Forum could be offered in Marlis and approved as the law.


"The World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought spare no effort using all ways and avenue to extend unity and avenue to extend unity amoend unity among MUslims ght held the issue of proximity and boosting unity among Muslims as the y and proximity in the World of Islam," pointed out Ayatollah Araki adding of those chances is the potentiality of Majlis.

"The enemies are making giant stride to part Muslims and disintegrate Muslim societies," said Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought stressing such line should draw more attention of the prime importance of unity.

President of Iran top unity center urged all foundations and organizations to give their consummate attention to the issue of solidarity and unity making a move for sheltering as well such necessity among Muslims from different sects and denominations.

Chairman of the Iranian Parliament's Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy for his part vowed Majlis would fully support the issue of unity and proximity among Muslims.
