Top Egyptian Mufti warned of terrorist organizations, intensification of clashes and racial conflicts among nations and noted terrorist plots to retrogress the world of Islam have been foiled.

Shawqi Allam, grand Egyptian Mufti, counted expansion of extremist terrorist groups, expansion of clashes and racial crises among nations and also grounds for civil war among Muslims as the biggest issues harassing Muslims saying that all these efforts aim dividing Muslims, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He said,” Threat of terrorism necessitates unity and cooperation of all Muslims to alleviate the intrigues” and added,” Should not Muslim scholars play an active role in the great struggle against enemies, then who will defend Islamic nation and the world of Islam?”
 
Egyptian Mufti added,” Undoubtedly threats against Islamic solidarity will lead to threats for security, regional stability and disintegration of Muslim states.”
 
Shawqi Allam slammed the ignorance of some people in intensification of ethnic disagreements and their cooperation with terrorist groups in creating crisis for the world of Islam and reiterated,” It is truly weird that some ignore Islamic unity and focus on sectarian issues”
 
He concluded,” Such issues threat different religions and regional nations and provide the grounds for more destruction by terrorists.”
