Mosques, educational centers play leading role in countering extremism

Making his remarks in the conference of "Muslims and Countering terrorism, Extremism", the religious thinker, Seyyed Ahmad Mousavi highlighted the elevated role of mosques and educational centers in confronting terroristic measures, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

"We should be guide for our people," stressed the religious cleric hailing Imam Musa Sadr with this regard.

Seyyed Ahmad Mousavi stressed the prime importance of the role Religious clerics play in informing people about the event occurring across the globe.

To religious thinkers, incumbent upon clerics to warn and inform people about the objectives forwarded and followed by extremist groups including Takfiris.

The International conference of "Muslims and Countering terrorism, Extremism," was held in Brazil with Prominent religious clerics including Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought in attendance.

According to the attendees of the conference, West support Takfiri groups in a bid to scale up disunity and dispersion among Muslims from Islamic denominations especially Shia and Sunni.
