Addressing a group of police commanders in holy city of Qom, Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki pointed out, "Divine leadership and his obedience are blessings for which we should be grateful," reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The religious cleric placed emphasis on the leading role of Police officers in securing peace and security in the society enlarging on his line by quoting to what God Almighty says in his holy Quran of Quran:

"God has bought from the believers their selves and their possessions against the gift of Paradise; they fight in the way of God; they kill, and are killed; that is a promise binding upon God in the Torah, and the Gospel, and the Quran; and who fulfills his covenant truer than God? So rejoice in the bargain you have made with Him; that is mighty triumph. Those who repent, those who serve, those who pray, those who journey, those who bow, those who prostrate themselves, those who bid to honor and forbid dishonor, those who keep God's hounds and give thou good tidings to the believers."

"Bridging Velayat to obedience of God, the divine Leadership is a blessing God almighty bestowed upon Muslim nations, "highlighted the President of Iran top unity body.

According to Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, the necessity of Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil has been emphasized in holy Quran and with this connection; police officers enjoy special status having specific features.

"The healthy person, spiritually speaking, will ask for forgiveness, when s/he gets aware of her or his made mistakes," underscored the religious cleric.

Elsewhere in his remarks, the religious cleric beckoned to the prime importance of unity and in the World of Islam urging Muslims to do their very utmost in preserving their solidarity.
