Representative of Supreme Leader in Qazvin province slammed international bodies and some certain Islamic countries for remaining silent on brutal crackdown in Myanmar.

"Islamic world should not fall silent on continued brutal crackdown in Myanmar," the representative of Supreme Leader in Qazvin province, Ayatollah Abdol Kariem Abedini, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Making his remarks in a meeting with some Afghan religious students, Ayatollah Abedini urged Muslims to placed stressed on the urgent need for ending the acts of aggression against Rohingya Muslims.
Calling for a halt to the current violent situation, the religious cleric underscored, "The ongoing violations of the Rohingya Muslims' rights should be stopped before it's getting too late."
