Iranian mummies broker to save Mubarak

Former Iranian king Pahlavi’s family has had direct phone talks with the Egyptian King Hosni Mubarak to broker his trip to the States if the embattled Mubarak fails to convince his opponents to end protests; Taqrib News Agency (TNA) quoted informed sources as saying.

Iran’s ex- first lady Farah Diba better known as “Farah” who is currently in exile in the United States had phone talks with Mubarak over the past 24 hours, the source added.

According to TNA, Reza Pahlavi, Iran’s former crown prince and the elder son of the King Mohammad Reza who died in Egypt also negotiated with Mubarak.

Mubarak is crushing down under the present uprisings and political deadlock in the wake of the massive public protests.

Pahlavi family who feel greatly indebted to the former Egyptian president Anwar Sadat and the incumbent Egyptian president are on mission to lobby in US political circles, in case Mubarak seeks asylum from the states if he fails to solve the impasse, the sources said in anonymity.

Since rumors about the collapse of Mubarak regime intensified over the past 24 hours, Zionist lobbies and influential figures in the Senate have stepped up a full- swing effort to “guarantee” Mubarak’s future after his possible escape from Cairo.

Over the past three decades, Egypt authorities were responsible to secure the safety of the ousted Shah’s tomb buried in Egypt.
