Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, attended the meeting of cultural council at Iran’s embassy in the Russian capital and discussed the key issues in the world of Islam, Russia and central Asia, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
In another part of his trip to Moscow, senior Iranian cleric, religious and cultural figures and also members of Iran’s embassy in Moscow exchanged views regarding the latest changes in the world of Islam.
 
The meeting of cultural council was held after the communal prayer for Eid al-Adha held at Hazrat Zahra (AS) Hosseiniya on the first day of the trip by Iranian delegation.
 
The meeting ended at noon before the communal prayer led by representative of the Supreme Leader in Moscow, Hujjat-ul-Islam Akbari jeddi in Russia.
 
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, and the delegation of Iranian religious and cultural figures met with top religious leaders and muftis in Russia and discussed their views on the latest developments in the world of Islam.
