For the third consecutive day, armed clashes have erupted after Israeli occupation forces stormed the Nur Shams refugee camp in one of the most violent attacks since the regime began its onslaughts against the besieged Gaza Strip on October 7.

The Palestinian health ministry said it had confirmed that as many as 11 people had been injured by the troops. Seven of those injured had been “wounded by live gunshots,” it said, adding that among the wounded was a paramedic shot while trying to get to the wounded.

Medics had been alerted to "a number of killed and injured" inside the camp, but the army was "denying them access to tend to the wounded," the ministry noted.

The forces forced the women and children into the streets to turn the houses into interrogation centers.

Israeli forces went into Nur Shams refugee camp late on Thursday night and continued the raids resulting in a series of death.

Locals describe the military raid as the worst destruction of infrastructure they’ve seen in the West Bank since the destruction of the Jenin refugee camp during the second Intifada in the early 2000s.

The Israeli military has intensified raids across the occupied West Bank since October 7, encountering some of its fiercest resistance in the Nour Shams camp.
