The announcement came on Sunday, less than a month after the group suspended its mission in Gaza where seven members of the international charity were killed in an Israeli air strike, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The international charity “Central World Kitchen” announced on Sunday that it had resumed its operations in the Gaza Strip despite “sadness” over the recent killing of 7 of its employees in an Israeli attack.

The charity announced that it will soon resume its Gaza mission with ChefsForGaza citing the dire humanitarian situation in the blockaded strip.

It vowed to take all possible corridors, by land, air, or sea, to continue to get as much food into Gaza, including the northern region which is under near-full siege by Israeli regime.

The charity has built 68 community kitchens and is building a high production kitchen in the Bedouin town of Mawasi in southern coast of Gaza Strip after two others already launched in Rafah to the south and Deir al-Balah in central parts of the strip.

The Central World Kitchen, in its statement, said its operation in Gaza has been the most life-saving mission in over a decade of the organization’s history.
