Iran’s society of seminaries to expand cooperation with major Islamic unity center

The director of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom announces its readiness to cooperate with the World Forum for Proximty of Islamic Schools of Thought, major Islamic center seeking solidarity of Muslims across the globe.

Ayatollah Sayyed Hashem Boushehri, in a meeting with Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, the Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, highlighted necessity of the activities pursued in line with boosting Islamic unity, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
Ayatollah Boushehri announced preparation of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom for cooperation with the major Islamic unity center.
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari for his part referred to Islamic proximity as an objective of the Islamic Republic, late Imam Khomeini (RA) and the Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei.
 
Established in 1990, the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, began its work to bring closer the Muslim scholars and Islamic communities from different denominations.
