A report published by the British newspaper "The Guardian" revealed that "Israel" is working to develop its nuclear weapons capabilities, and it is to increase the range of the missile "Arahio 3" to become an intercontinental missile, and this estimate applies to missiles with a range of 5,000 km.

The Guardian newspaper reported that "Israel" is developing and expanding the capacity of its mobile missiles that can be launched from submarines, noting that "Israel" now has three submarines, as 2 submarines still under construction in Germany, and discussions are underway between "Israel" and Germany to build a sixth submarine.

According to foreign Press, the submarines are designed to enable Israel to strike twice, which means the ability to direct nuclear strike in case of the destruction of its stock of land nuclear weapons as a result of a nuclear strike from its enemies, and this gives it the ability to launch nuclear weapons from the submarines according to "Haaretz".

British report indicate that the powers of nuclear, including the United States plans to spend about 800 billion $ to renew and develop its stockpile of nuclear weapons in the coming years.
It is to note that the United States spend 700 billion $ and then comes Russia, China, Pakistan, India, Israel, France and Britain.

The report was prepared by the former British Defense Minister Malcolm Repkind, and former senior officials in the British Labour Party, and is intended to warn the international community of the nuclear weapons risk.
