Leader congratulates Iranian athletes, nation for victory in London

Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in a message thanked the Iranian athletes participating in the London 2012 Olympic Games for their efforts which resulted in winning valuable medals for the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in a message thanked the Iranian athletes participating in the London 2012 Olympic Games for their efforts which resulted in winning valuable medals for the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Part of the Supreme Leader’s message reads, “I sincerely thank the Iranian champions for their efforts which resulted in winning several gold, silver and bronze medals which gladdened the Iranian nation.”
Ayatollah Khamenei also thanked the sports managers and coaches of the athletes for their relentless efforts in preparing the athletes to bring Olympics medals for the Iranian nation.
