Lebanese cleric visited Sunni-inhibited Province of Kurdistan in Iran hailing the country as a role model for promoting solidarity among Muslims.

Sheikh Mohammad Dabbah al Khedr, attended the first congress on Shafe’ei Imam, held in the Iranian city of Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province warning against the engulfing intrigues in the world of Islam and counted religious prejudice as a plague in Muslim nation, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He denounced ignorant prejudiced people for spreading dispersion and clashed among Muslims and slammed their all out efforts to kill Muslims, rape the women and tarnish the image of Shafe’ei denomination as well as the reputation of Islam.
 
He said,” I come from a country with utmost disagreements and clashes and here I express my wishes for prevalence of the peace and religious coexistence dominating Iran.”
 
Lebanese cleric hailed the unity in Iran as a great blessing praising the security and true belief of the people in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
 
He expressed regret over the Islamic states where the people and authorities have lost their unity, religion, history and culture as a result of following the west and anti-Islamic movements and noted,” Iranians have set a true example for the Muslim nation and we hope that they send this proximity to other Islamic countries.”
 
Tripoli prayer leader expressed regret for the leaders who miss their way and promote dispersion among Muslims praising Imam Shafe’ei for following a moderate path and teaching all with cooperation and solidarity.
