Seyyed Hussein Naqavi, member of the National Security and Foreign Policy at Iran’s Parliament, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) referred to an upcoming visit to be made by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe seemingly to convey the message of US President stressing that any talks between Iran and the US depends on Washington’s carrying out its commitments.
He referred to a previous meeting between the Japanese premier and US President Donald Trump to discuss Washington ties with Iran and said the meeting was likely held to convey the message of Trump to Iranian officials.
Iranian MP referred to Iran’s clear stance on all issues and stressed,” As far as the US has not changed behavior to carry out its commitments and alleviate international sanctions against Tehran, Iran will certainly not negotiate.”
Member of Iran’s National Security and Foreign Policy stressed that negotiation with the US is not on the agenda of Iranian authorities.
He hailed the resistance of Iranian nation against US sanctions during the past four decades meanwhile urging other countries to mediate for negotiation with Tehran and stressed,” This proves efficiency of Iranian nation’s resistance and that the US has no way but to backtrack its policies against Iran.
