The Friday prayer leader of Najaf said the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was a big loss for the resistance axis.

Sayyed Sadreddin Qobanchi said the pure blood of the great leader has injected a new life into the Lebanese resistance movement, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He hailed the Hezbollah resistance fighters for continuing the path of their leader resolutely after the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

The senior Iraqi cleric expressed gratitude that despite the martyrdom of the Hezbollah Secretary General, his deputy Sayyed Hashem Safieddin and other members of the resistance group, the younger generation of the Lebanese resistance movement are determined.

The Friday prayer leader of Najaf made the comments at a ceremony held to commemorate the slain leader of Hezbollah in the Iranian capital Tehran.
