An Iranian author focuses on reactions of the west to restoration of Islam in his latest book published by Research Center of Islamic Culture and Thought.

“West and Revival of Islam” is the title for the latest book by Abbas Ali Rahbar, Iranian author, who has discussed the reactions of western world to revival of Islam in four different areas of policy making, strategic, ideological and media confrontation, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
The book aims at taking a step for explaining the plan and proper method for analyzing the west and revival of Islam.
A challenge for the move is lack of methodological theories on the political studies of Islam; therefore, to study the political aspect of Islam, firstly methodological strategies have to be applied.
The study refers to a change in understanding of Islam and its moving from individual aspect changing to socio-individual aspect leading to a great change in the dialogue of Islam, in fact a revival of Islam.
Regarding the globalization of communications, this revival of Islamic life is set next to a global political awakening.
“West and Revival of Islam” is published in a foreword, three body chapters and a conclusion.
The first chapter in this book focuses on discussions of awakening in the world of Islam, while the second chapter is an analysis on politics and theoretical views of the west in confrontation with Islamic Awakening and the third chapter on strategic analysis and media confrontation of the western countries.
