Representative of the Supreme Leader in India attended the webinar on Hajj held on the eve of the annual pilgrimage stressing that as the manifest of solidarity among Muslims.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Mahdi Mahdavipour, representative of the Supreme Leader in India in his speech at the virtual meeting of the Muslim thinkers and intellectuals discussing “Hajj, Manifestation of Unity of Islamic Nation” highlighted the annual pilgrimage in Islam as the symbol of solidarity among Muslims, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He called Hajj as the great convention of world Muslims who promise the God Almighty in Mount Arafat and all of them, either poor or rich, attend in uniform clothing and let out same motto on greatness of the God.
“Hajj is the manifest of unity among world Muslims” said the cleric referring to the utmost care every pilgrim should maintain on his performance of the ritual and also their behavior with others.
Senior Iranian scholar made the comments in the webinar held on the eve of the Hajj rituals.
Hajj 2021 is set to begin on Sunday as the Saudi government has announced restrictions on the number of pilgrims and certain protocols for performance of the rituals due to the COVID-19 conditions.
