"Confronting enemies of Islam, supporting resistance are signs of commitment to unity"
Deputy Secretary General of Lebanese Hezbollah said, "Today, Islamic Republic of Iran is supporting Islam, Muslims and the oppressed people all over the world, therefor we are duty-bound to support the Islamic Jurist and the Islamic Republic of Iran for their role in advancing Islam."

According to Taghrib News Agency (TNA), speaking at a webinar of Islamic Unity Conference, Naim Qassem said if we really believe in single creator, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), mission and single universal Islam, then naturally we should gather under the umbrella of one leader and one guide and unite with each other.
He said some small differences over minor issue between various Islamic schools of thought should not be a source of division and separation among them, because such small differences are not harmful to fundamentals of Islam.
The Deputy Secretary General of Hezbollah said," In today's world we are all obliged in front of the God Almighty to adhere to unity to advance the ideals of Islam and should know that without unity and consensus we cannot promote justice and Islam."
Talking about the need to have practical and genuine belief on unity, he said," There are three characteristics that show actual and practical obligation toward unity. First and foremost among them is unity and solidarity in confronting enemies of Islam and the United States in particular and stand against the cancerous tumor of Israel as extension of the Great Satan."
"Secondly" he counted," Work for liberation of the occupied lands especially Palestinian territories, because Palestine is the number one question of Islamic world, and finally defend the just rights of the Islamic Ummah."
Sheikh Qassem said," How can those who normalize their relations with Israel and carry out policies of the US contribute to unity among Muslims?"
He added that Islamic Unity has taken major steps to sustain its options and achieve victory and so far has secured numerous victories in Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, Syria, Iraq and Iran.
The Deputy Secretary of Hezbollah said we have been able to put up lots of deterrence against Israel in Lebanon adding that the Resistance Axes in the region is highly indebted to great men such as martyr Haj Qassem Soleimani, Haj Imad Moghniya, Seyyed Abbas Mousavi, Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, Haj Fathi Shaghaghi , Sheikh Raqeb Harb and Abu Mahdi Al Mohandes.
Hezbollah deputy addressed participants to the webinar in 35th International Islamic Unity Conference held by Iran's World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought on October 19-24.
