At least 20 people have lost their lives and several others injured as twin bombings targeted the biggest hospital in the Afghan capital Kabul.

The powerful attacks took place at the entrance of Sardar Mohammad Daud Khan Hospital, the biggest hospital in the Afghan capital, accroding to the interior ministry spokesman.
Indiscriminate gunfire followed the twin explosions leading to much chaos around the hospital.
More than 43 people have been reportedly wounded in the attack and the number of fatalities is likely to rise due to the critical condition of several of those wounded in the attack.
No group or iundividual has claimed responsibility for the attack though a number of Daesh members had clashed with the security forces in the hospital.
There have been several terrorist attacks across Afghanistan during less than three months after Taliban takeover of the country.
