President Raisi has said that Iran relies on its people for economic growth and progress and never relies on Vienna and New York.

After the Bahman 22 rally and in a speech before the Friday prayer sermons in Grand Mosalla mosque of Tehran, President Ebrahim Raisi congratulated the Iranian nation and the freedom-seekers of the world on the occasion of the 43rd victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution and said: "Iran does not accept domination, does not give up its independence, and is not willing to oppress anyone in the world; these are among the principles and will remain so."
 
Raisi described his administration's policy in foreign relations as a balanced policy and stated that looking to the West had made the country unbalanced and Iran relies on God and its people.
 
He underlined that Iran never relies on Vienna and New York.
