The biggest festival and Halal market will be held in London on the eve of the fasting month of Ramadan.
London to host biggest Halal market
While millions of Muslims across the globe are preparing to mark the fasting month of Ramadan, London will hold the biggest exhibition of Halal products, repeorted Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The exhibition will include more than 250 shopping booths, Halal food court, Islamic fashion exhibition and game center for the children attending the event along parents.
 
Waleed Jahangir, manager of the Halal market said the first round of the event was held six years ago with 5,000 visitors and the upcoming event is expected to be visited by 20,000 changing the venue of the exhibition to Excel London.
 
He said that the number of booths has doubled throughout the years and that participation in this event is a necessity for any brand enthusiast to enterthe developing Halal industry.
 
UK is home to almost 2.5 million Muslims making 4.3% of the population in this country.
 
The number of Muslims living in London has seen 12.4% growth according to a 2011 survey.
