Order of Fath, Honoring Iran’s Retaliatory Operation Achievements

By: Mohadeseh Amini
The awarding of the first-class Fath (conquer) Medal to Brigadier General Amir-Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force, demonstrates the Islamic Republic's unwavering support for the resistance groups in the region.
Order of Fath, Honoring Iran’s Retaliatory Operation Achievements
The well-deserved Fath Medal, awarded by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, to Brigadier General Hajizadeh, followed the successful retaliatory Operation True Promise II and precise missile strikes on key Israeli military and espionage sites. The operation came in retaliation for the assassination of the Hamas politburo chief Ismail Haniyeh, the Secretary General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and also the Iranian military advisor Brigadier General Abbas Nilforoushan by Israeli regime.

The move by Iran’s IRGC had significant reverberations both at home and across the globe, symbolizing the Leader's satisfaction and the Islamic Republic's resolve to continue these retaliatory operations to defend Iran’s sovereignty and deter any future threat.

What makes the Operation True Promise II outstanding, rather than the resolve to defend Iran’s sovereignty, is the independence achieved due to the indigenously-developed military and defense capabilities. Rather than relying on foreign countries, Iran’s advancements come from the intelligence and capabilities of its young elites. Iranian scientists and engineers have mastered global technologies, particularly in missile production, making breakthroughs that continue to astonish the world.

During the past decades Iran has made considerable advancements in the field of drone and missile technology thanks to figures like Brigadier General Hassan Tehrani Moghaddam, the founding father of Iran’s missile power and former commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force as well as Brigadier General Hajizadeh.

The military achievements made despite global sanctions also brought unfounded accusations that Iran supplied weapons to Russia amid Ukraine conflict. Those claims have remained as part of a certain strategy to undermine Iran’s defense capabilities on the international stage.

Regardless of Western efforts to stop Iran, the country has capably handled the obstacles meant to stop or slow down its advancements. To the contrary, today, Iran is capable of targeting distant objectives with the different types of domestically-produced missiles.
Leading the IRGC Aerospace Force in the retaliatory Operation True Promise II was Brigadiers General Amir Ali Hajizadeh as a commander fully committed to the objectives of the Islamic Republic. He represents an unknown number of military elites who have brought Iran among the top world countries with advanced missile technologies. These advancements ensure Iran’s powerful stance in the region and its ability to self-defense against foreign threats.

The awarding of the Fath Medal to Commander Hajizadeh highlights Iran's determination in support of the resistance movements as well as its capability to foil the evil objectives of domineering western powers.

Honoring General Hajizadeh is a recognition of Iran’s ongoing technological progress, driven by the Iranian talents and support of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei.
