The Zionist military men and the settlers in the recent days have increased attacks on Al-Aqsa mosque. The attacks happen in the shadow of silence of some of the Arab and Muslim countries which are perusing the policy of normalizing ties with the Zionist regime.
The four Arab states recently attended a summit with the United States and Israel in the Negev region.
In an exclusive interview with Iran Press in Gaza, Khalid al-Battash explained why the Zionist army's attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque have increased.
He further stated that the painful scenes resulting from the attack on the Al-Aqsa Mosque by the Zionist occupiers take place after the Arabs betrayed the Palestinian cause.
Al-Battash has stressed that the Israeli military's repeated attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque are part of the election campaign between the Zionist parties, and what is happening is part of the Zionist regime's apparent policy of dividing Al-Quds and imposing Zionist tutelage.
The senior leader of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement warned the Zionist regime about the consequences of the attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and said that the Palestinians should gather in the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Khalid al-Battash also called on Arab nations to stage protest and gather in front of the US embassies and the Zionist regime in order to prevent the regime from attacking Al-Quds.
