Int’l Quds Day, time to boost solidarity in defense of oppressed Palestinians

Iran’s major Islamic unity center, World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has issued a statement on the eve of the International Quds Day on April 29th calling the occasion an opportunity to strenghthen solidarity among world Muslim nations and defending the oppressed Palestinian people.

World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought in this statement slammed the US-backed Israeli regime for occupying the Palestinian lands and killing thousands of people there, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

 

The statement referred to the most brutal, inhumane methods hired to loot the homes and possessions of Muslims and displacing them from thir ancestral lands.

 

Part of the statement runs,” International Quds Day is a time to review the Palestine file and oppressions imposed on the people saying,” This is an axis for unity and sympathy among Muslim nations across the globe.

 

It highlighted resistance as the sole way for saving the Palestinian lands adding that the awakening of the Islamic nations has turned into a nighmare for the Israeli regime.

 

It also denounced the so-called deal of century and efforts for normalization of ties with the Israeli regime as a way to escape the nightmare Tel Aviv regime is suffering.

 

World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought called on the Iranian nation to attend International Quds Day ceremonies vowing that the convergence of the world nations will guarantee the final victory of Palestinian nation and liberation of al-Quds from Israeli regime.
