Iranian government spokesman Ali Bahadori Jahromi condemned the killing of an Al-Jazeera reporter in the occupied Palestinian territories in the strongest possible terms.

 "Israeli state terrorism has repeatedly shown that it places no limits on assassination and crime and is addicted to assassinating innocent children, women, journalists, and citizens," the tweet reads.
Al Jazeera correspondent Shireen Abu Akleh was shot dead by Israeli soldiers on Wednesday in the occupied West Bank in Jenin.
Shireen Abu Akleh was shot in the face and died soon afterward, the ministry added. Another Palestinian journalist working for the Jerusalem-based Al-Quds newspaper was also wounded, but he was in stable condition.
The shooting happened during an Israeli army raid in Jenin town in the northern West Bank.
