US recent remarks not Iran criterion for any political comment
Iran's Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs rejected Mali's comment on reaching an agreement saying that it would be not Iran's criterion for any comment in this regard.

The official further noted: "Our action in the Vienna talks is clear, and what is important is to receive the message through the usual means, but the United States has not yet received the expected answers and has not yet made the necessary political decision."
The spokesman of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs called IAEA director general Rafael Grossi's recent report does not reflect the reality of the talks between IAEA and Iran and it is not fair and balanced.
In response to a question about the report of the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, Iran's Spokesman of Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: "The recent report of the International Atomic Energy Agency does not reflect the reality of the talks between Iran and the IAEA."
Khatibzadeh stated that following the agreement reached between Iran and the IAEA in Tehran, Iran had written responses to the IAEA.
Khatibzadeh noted: "Yesterday's report of the IAEA is the same report that Grossi announced in the European Parliament hurriedly."
The diplomat has stated that this report was summarized from that time and even before the meeting between Iran and the IAEA, and it seems that there is a haste in releasing this summary.
"The report is not fair and balanced," Khatibzadeh noted.
Iran's Spokesman of Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the ministry knows the perpetrators behind Martyrs Khodaei's assassination and they soon will receive painful message from the secret routes.
Regarding the assassination of Martyr Khodaei, Khatibzadeh said: "We know which third party committed this act and it will soon receive a painful message from the secret routes."
Martyr Colonel Hassan Sayad Khodaei was assassinated when he was about to enter his house last week.
He also answered the question of Iran Press correspondent that the assassination was carried out shortly after the presence of the Elena Dohan, the UN Special Envoy for Human Rights, in Iran, and said: "Her report has been summarized in Tehran."
Khatibzadeh added: "Elena Dohan's findings in Iran were completely freely and objectively. She met with many political figures and NGOs, and we had the least involvement in her choice of topics."
Khatibzadeh said: "The UN human rights rapporteur in Iran spoke freely and observed the extent of illegal sanctions."
At the end of her 12-day visit to Iran, the Special Rapporteur on the negative impact of the unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights Elena Dohan, called on the US government to lift sanctions against the Islamic Republic and asked those countries that have blocked Iranian assets to release them.
