The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran congratulated his Croatian counterpart and the Croatian nation on the occasion of the National Day of Croatia.

Raisi noted that the 30th year of Iran-Croatia diplomatic ties is going on as Iran has endured the illegal sanctions of the West, particularly the US, as well as the severe conditions of the corona pandemic.

Statehood Day is a public holiday and national day that occurs every year on 30 May in Croatia to celebrate the constitution of the first modern multi-party Croatian Parliament in 1990.
