"It would be definitely premature to say that the deal is dead," the tweet reads.
"It [JCPOA] is in the state of stalemate which most likely will continue for a certain period of time after the adoption of the not well thought out and counterproductive resolution on Iran by the IAEA BoG," the Russian diplomat said in a comment to a tweet that asked him 'How do you assess the chances of restoring the agreement at this point ambassador?'
